Yes well could equally be that direction is tracking badly and he is getting ready to pack up in 6 months - or he is thinking will just hang in there and see what happens - I don't think this necessarily I am just saying who knows.
What's difficult with ESH at the moment is lack of communication. The issue is we are all hoping and joining the dots in various directions - however most of us don't really know. I have hopes for this - however I just want is better comms from management to let us know either way - still on track, this is what is happening, this is our direction and this is how we are going - and so on.
