I would assume the strategy is to buy up BNPL real estate while they can, it's a new market and be very hard to gain any market share if any at all in the next 2-3 years. (You probably can but it's gonna cost you an arm and a leg)
What are you going to say about Zip if they have no presence anywhere in 3 years?
I'm happy with this strategy.
