So you really can't see the significance of the median reduction where there is in some cases a complete resolution showed complete resolution of the BME and correlated dramatic pain & function scores. I noted a peer review case study that may also be of some interest

Let me reframe the above (ignoring pain and function) ...from the current standard of care that aggressively accelerates the disease pathology versus either placebo or iPPS, what one do you think a medical practitioner would prefer ?
