We need a thread on court actions until they are all done and dusted, separate from ISXFEU, up to HC if they are willing to host that.
I am not expecting any detail on the future of ISX before the presentation because i asked some and was told that the Board had not made decisions on those.
My guess about ISX is it will pursue the court cases then wind-up.
JK doesn't have to stand down AFAIK at this stage.
