vms has good assets and AR is very experienced at spruiking them for cash and getting some announcement spikes for the capital providers to sell into. The Tin asset will never be developed but it's still a valuable asset. The iron ore has some value still and so do the other exploration tenements. Overall a market cap of $30 to $40m is justifiable and they won't go broke. There is upside on tin price and of course if iron ore recovers and also exploration success. but odds on it getting back to 8c or more any time soon seem unlikely.
