Dont pat yourself on the back just yet. NDIS might be currently generating super profits to providers but is unsustainable going forward especially given budget deficits as far as the eye can see. Expect tighter regulation and more scrutiny on the financials of providers. Also childcare industry is struggling to attract staff with high turnover rates, increased wages, competition etc. Good luck recruiting the number of cert 3 staff required for 1 on 1 in home care.
