    Now that Steinpris has resigned from the board, what are peoples interpretation of this? Is it good for the company?

    Also, I would think that Mike Chester would have had a few conflicts of interest being the MD of Axiom, who incidentally is the company providing corporate advisory services to BFE on this capital raising.
