I've sat on both sides of the union divide and the union must always defend the right of every paid up member regardless of their own personal view. I've had delegates say to me that I disagree with my members stand in this situation but I must continue to represent him regardless of my own personal view.

They were the days of integrity and anyone could respect a delegate for standing up for his membership. I said a few weeks ago when QAN CEO made his moral high ground comment about no vax no job, considering his industry wasn't at risk of loosing income because they had none at that time ( and being supported by the aussie taxpayer) but the underlying strategy was to bust the unions and the ACTU and cohorts have walked into the very trap set for them, now they have no way out but to cut off the very hands that feed them - their members who won't get vaxxed.

No good having unions and their heirarchy with no membership? The final days of unionism as we know it in Australia has begun and they didn't even see it coming and worst of all were complicitous in its demise.
