Just got in,and have now read your questions.
Most of the Q's have been, full service brokers eg..Pattersons, Bell Potter etc and Underwriters in this case can and will offer a discount to 708 or 708/10 investors.
No announcement has been released yet, it will probably happen tommorrow I guess for all to see, hence the trading, which is not un-common when a cap raising of sorts takes place.
Im not aware myself of how many shares are being off loaded at this stage, I only know the offer price of $0.15c
