    Why do I have some misgivings about this?

    I can see a huge advantage to BEWG in gaining access to Fluence's technology, but what is the advantage to Fluence other than hopefully some accelerated sales at best?

    Can I detect the possibility of a takeover by stealth, not of Fluence, but of Fluence technology?

    I certainly hope Richard and his team are all over this.

    Hmmm . . .
