I think that is the difference between offering Placements to Insto and sophisticated investors rather than retail. I think retail investors are more likely to dump the shares as soon as allocated as Steven Manyne has done over the last 8 months. where as an Insto or sophisticated investor can see the real value in the stock and hold onto it longer term.

I also think the speed at which the funds can be raised has a good deal to do with why companies go with the this way.

PDN issued at 4.60 to Insto and the share price dropped from 4.90 to 4.75. the days high was 4.82.
