the problem with that scenario is the word "banks"
THey wont be able to put the money in "unliseted investment vehicles" because the money is tied up with administrators who will be trying to resolve which bank gets what and how much. Maybe after 10 years the administrators would have it sorted out.
Think I will stick with my BEPPA as could be another white knight around the corner
