I guess it depends on what else they announce at the same time.
Just to me (a mug share holder, not experienced like Ya for example :) ), I am not sure of the full impact. But they need rigs, crews, a drill management team and MONEY to do it. CTP can do that without them. We did it last year before they were around (and this year they have more).
I think more risk to share price of having to P& A a well than having BG onboard. It is a speccie and that is always a risk.
