Those two are definitely massive positives and would would have been major focus on analyst report.
The only issue i see from moving from a big 4 facility (which were Adrians initial words) is they could not truly estimate revenue projection.
They couldn't use existing revenue as there is simply not enough, so basis of application would have been purely on projection.
Whilst mc and Visa are great positives and will support application, they are revenue streams and not guarantors.
