Im so glad I found that article. It guarantees there is a bidding war brewing. Remember India just signed similar papers with Namibia for supply. The sharks are circling and someone is gonna want to beat the other players to the prize first.
The longer they wait the more they pay. The buyout is fast approaching. There is no way the majors leave Extract alone to get to production. The buyout is somewhere around a double from here just requires another couple months of testicular fortitude to reap the rewards.
