Clearly the "financial community" is dumb. How else can a blue chip be so mispriced to vary 36% in one month? Just think about that for a moment. If you think the price is right now then the "community" had it wrong a month ago, in which case they're dumb. I think they got it the other way around. But either way it's clear that $QAN is very mispriced.
