With the share price being below the threshold for LDA to sell Peter’s shares what will this mean at the end of the sale period next week? Likelihood will be that at least one third and maybe as much as half of the shares will not be sold under this agreement.
If Peter requires the cash for other commitments does this mean that he may initiate a further sale down the road?
I am a LTH so not trying to create a scene here - just genuinely interested if there will be a further attempt to sell off some of his holdings.
