In my humble opinion, the small/mediuum funds (the ones who can only start buying a stock once it reaches a $50m market cap) have been accumulating and keeping it low since it hit the $50m mark. Once it has been above this level for 4 months (mid-October I think) there is a good chance it will soon take off as they start competing with each other the the remaining loose stock. Once over $100m mc there is a whole new group of larger fundies who can then start buying it.
