    Theres a few factors that would need to be accounted for depending on your circumstances including the opportunity cost during the time it takes to get divvies and any implied risk, but I would value the divvies at pretty close to dollar for dollar. I just note that you stated 72c, but my reading of a midpoint is 60c.
