Note it was channel "partners", emphasis on the sSo potentially multiple deals in multiple jurisdictions? Must be so so close if they are confident enough to talk about it so openly. Now wonder there was talk of a broker wanting to pick up what they could. Looks like they are happy to keep reloading at 3.5-3.7, so if anyone wants more you might have to pay up
