Thanks Peter for the information and your service during the years. It sounds like a miss opportunity of a grand scale indeed.
The truth needs to come out to clear the misinformation nevertheless. We would like to share the frustration of the BoD, the process to date and if any legal action to be taken against the corporation for misusing of listing authority, etc. Cheers

We are all hurting today, but let’s hope this deal can be rescued in some form or hopefully some short term newsflow to ease the pain and look forward to the future !
