Pretty sure 6c will still be below the average in price for a lot of SE1 faithful unless there was some substantial averaging down.
5.9 sees me back at the starting line and that’s circa 50% away from these levels.
Will it get there (5.9)?…..I think so
And I certainly hope so for those with a higher average in price
