Clearly panic selling!
If somebody had the intention to take profit from the performance shares then it would have been a no brainer to sell before the ex, particularly in this current hostile IO market that surely the CEO of an IO company would have been aware of.
Even on this forum many expected a heavy drop in SP well below the dividend amount.
This rash decision to unload such a large parcel is disconcerting and raises question if other decisions are made wisely or something bad is really brewing.
I have changed my sentiment to none as I will not be buying more FMG with my divi pay out.
