Seriously, so a director should never sell. What many employees in a the private sector gets in money, at a public company they get bonuses in shares or options. There is no issue with the MD selling now - she might only want to retain a certain amount. However one thing is for certain, her selling means 2 things. The company can't have bad news pending g as she would attract a lot of scrutiny. Most likely it is very boring period.
