Just on the margins point that you raise - I'd suggest splitting out product/services revenue streams and looking at margins for each.
Last I looked, the products division was the lions share of revenue. So getting an uplift in overall margins will be quite difficult if it is to come from the services side - unless that uplift is quite dramatic or involves services revenue becoming a larger share of the revenue pie.
