I'd like to know the reason too but one can only speculate that he was trying to protect the investors? The floor price point of sale being set is a sure sign of that. If, how we are interpreting the agreement it is correct?
Someone else said to me on another forum. If very few of these shares are sold does it mean he will sell the remainder on market himself? If that were to happen i don't think it would be well received in my opinion.
Anyway people need to look past the short-term price movements plenty blue sky in front of Brainchip!
