what if instead of a Rights Issue there is a large placement at say 5c, and that placement goes mostly to Malaysians? A quick glance at the DLS register suggests just in top20 the malaysians already own around 30%. It would be interesting to look further down the register.
I seem to recall someone else warning you about this (Malaysians gaining control) on this forum back in May or June.
