Off take price will likely be based on Carbonate / Hydroxide prices, and spot spod. DRC will know this as its their resource.
DRC will know how much the Spod is worth, less costs of extraction.
The higher the price of of the final product the more the DRC will want.
Timing is looking a bit late IMO.
Cats out of the bag on what THEIR natural resources are likely worth.
FT knows this, hence all the speeches.
