maybe AED didnt pull out. the sale contract might have had a clause whereby the two parites (AED and NXS) had to renegotiate a contract if the 'conditions' were not attained (due to delay) and hence it gave NXS the opportunity to pull out. or could also be that AED could not get the finance in place.
