Hey Zara1950, I’m curious to hear why you want to buy sell heads and buy options vs just keeping heads.
You thinking leverage? To me it seems like the higher AGE goes the less leverage AGEOB has to AGE, they move pretty similar to each other but keep the gap of 1.5c. And then there is the issue of time, and potential illiquidity towards the expiry date.
Well done on removing yourself from CGT issue. Putting this into SMSF isn’t ideal for me, got a while until retirement the money would be better in my hands earlier.
