What I don't quite understand is that if my business wanted to build a factory to make widgets and I could not show the Bank a business plan that included a reliable and regular source of the material needed to make widgets then they definitely would not lend me the money. NO CHANCE
Are these builders of processing plants building them from cash reserves? I think not. Someone is financing the factories so surely the finance companies have exercised due diligence before lending the money.?
It is not like there are one or two being built, there are lots of them being built apparently without a source of supply locked in.
So either there are financiers out there prepared to take what I perceive as risky business or they are using the companies to build the plants so that they can take over when they fail. Conspiracy theory?
Yes- Lithium if commonly found everywhere, but surely they are not that naive??????????????????????????
Nice to have all that PLS reserve in the ground waiting to be dug up for the right price.
