this is not realistic
when the NPV is only $4.8B
and even it's at $4.8B M/C now
it will be overpriced because it still has 3-4 years to go
Also the total CAPEX is $1.1B
is it going to be a JV or fully equity funding or mix debt/equity funding?
and all these would impact on the estimated NPV and other figures below.
