And they are stuck between a rock and hard place now. They cant start incentivising investment in oil, gas, coal etc now given where the climate debate/politics is now. Some countries like Germany dont want nuclear anymore. Just cant see how they get out of this jam but that it will be good for incumbent oil and gas producers.
