Regarding your comments about a CHM and IMU JV, I agree that the two product lines and Company strategies would be misaligned.
I'm actually interested in your thoughts as to why PH left the board of PTX (who have a CAR-T platform), which in fact appears to have a better head start on its development than CHM. Why not have PTX purchase the CLTX asset instead of setting up, listing etc. a new business.
