I'm just a punter with too much money in LRS.
Also, for accuracy's sake - Integra Capital are also holding 100m options (they were issued with an option for each share they purchased). The options are exercisable by 31st December next year (@ 12 cents per option to exercise).
If they choose to exercise all (or some), this could provide a significant amount of funding, which would defer any need for a CR.
If they execute all 100m options, it's approx $12m
If they execute 50m it's 6m and so forth.
