Singapore has recently re-applied some restrictions despite having 80% double vaccinated as they were still getting high case numbers. I mention this because the booster, according to this data from Israel, appears to make a huge difference. Singapore has only just started giving boosters to those aged over 60 while in Israel they've been using them for a longer period of time. Perhaps getting the booster is key to having a drastic impact on the spread of COVID-19.
