If the CEO isn't accountable, then who?

My and your portfolios? I mean, someone / something has to suffer the consequences for this raise.

Don't get me wrong, I like Chris, he is passionate and enthusiastic, but I don't care if it is him or someone else leading the company, so long as the hours I work and the dollars I save to invest my hard earned money in the company is respected.

I also invest a significant amount of my own time to research and understand companies.

I understand and support strategic raises, BUT I do not condone ad hoc and opportunistic raises - and I absolutely hate them when they are done in a clandestine way and with haste.

I do not feel respected, and I am still very angry about this CR.
