How do you come to that conclusion? US$240M for 24% - 51% - AVZ's retained share of AU$1370m total project valuation = 697.7m for the remaining 51% MC at that rate? How is that above the current MC? Again, I am not questioning that this is positive news, just questioning some dubious looking maths above.
