A good question. I said that we "may" see an announcement today - but it's not certain. The rules around this are a bit vague, but I don't think IMU is absolutely required to announce an Ethics Committee clearance. They certainly did do that for PD1 Vaxx, but that was before PD1-vaxx even had the TGA IND approval.
LC has stated that Dr Yuan has patients lined up already. Assuming that is accurate - and I expect that it is - then first patient dosing should be very soon. It is possible that IMU will then announce FPD and Ethics approval in a single combined announcement. Really though - I'm just just guessing.
