Yes up 9.85% on pre-open. I can only speculate and have put in increased buy orders just in case there is some announcment. I wonder:

- whether some broker has initiated coverage given its very low P/E ratio and the recent publicity;

- if there is some new contract. You may recall that it announced it was exploring a number of leads;

- the extent to which it results in part from the more positive sentiment overseas.

Regardless, its P/E at a multiple of 10 would result in a share price of .60, so even if it opens at .285 we are a long way off that. Fortunately, there is very little overhead resistance and the difficulty for buyers may be finding sellers. And it is such a minnow that it would take very little broker coverage for something really exciting to happen to the share price.
