Ann: Cornerstone investor secured for Manono Project, page-146

I just want to point out that AVZ paid $US20MM for the 15% from Dathcom as part of the AUD $40MM CR that diluted shares (add 307,692,308) at 013 cents, remember. So one way to look at this Cornerstone deal is AVZ pulled off a CR of $USD 400MM like Jens states, using the 15% they paid $USD 20MM for plus another 9% at (?? $USD I'm not going to calculate) to equal 24%. Plus all the other positive factors people have noted already.
They will pick up an additional 15% from DRC later that has been discussed here which will reduce the DRC to 10% and associated future $$ obligations. IMO
