I only got though a few replies, before I got to Jeremy Johnson's comment of -
"Neither, A) too busy, B) too cuteish.  The side of the box says it all!!, just a simple centralised blue brainchip logo star needs to be in the middle.  eg, not unlike the apple or  Microsoft's Window logo.  one logo says it ALL !! KISS Principle should apply - keep it clean and simple and to the point.  You see the Blue star, you know something great is inside!"

I agree with all his points, except I think that the logo should be in the upper right hand corner, central doesn't seem right..
Stamps go in the upper right, signifying that it (a letter) is good to go.
Colours should obviously include blue and white predominantly (no need for any others).
Minimal printing and ink use, while also being cheaper, signifies Brainchip's green stance.

Ahh, all too late anyway
But you have to love the humbleness of a Company like Brainchip, that not only listens to it's customers (common sense, but not many do), but also taps into the resources of it's wide and varied shareholder base.

Maybe that's why they are using Greek names?
