Exactly!

I also don't trust their resource definition, grade control, the whole QA/QC geology work.

They messed up writing the first version of DFS. Couple of months later came to tell investors they were going to conduct Project Optimization upon it when in fact it was really an act of rectification. And it's my suspicion that some geologist working behind the lenders had the original version of DFS checked and found flaws in it so came the correction"

Actually if you read their assay reports carefully, and with some experience in exploration geology you can easily tell between the lines there's excessive amount of exaggerations (I'm sure you can see that as well, Doc) which make them less trustworthy.

Any party who's going to take this one over, better have their work carefully checked: twin a few drill holes, re-assay some samples, examine the resources remodel, remodel assuming a conservative gold price for valuation purposes, etc...
