They already reached cashflow positive, and then decided against it (decided against minimising costs to maximise cashflow, which would limit their growth). But with the new CEO and the new focus on accelerated staff/IT spend, I expect they'll not be cashflow positive this year - it's take some time for the growth to catch up to the higher staff costs.

The higher staff investment will be good for users. More frequent feature releases, and so on. It'll help them to compete with the new entrants, to not fall behind, and to keep growing market share.
