was another perspective to consider..from a number of perspectives? and there was a benefactor.

Unfortunately I have no legal training and must try to be patient after over a year of gathering the snippets of information available to the public.
I can imagine/see a whole web of connections and possiblities and have found internet info that prevokes many questions.
I am following progress still, my opinion often differs to others posted on the net.
I am really impressed by the changes made to increase ASIC powers and change some ASX responsibilites and many other changes made to better regulate the whole financial system here which had sprung a few leaks imo.

Duped just keep PIF and any other group pushing on...dont fold like those OPES guys and take some poor excuse for a settlement. I think SHs/creditors are doing their bit paying for liquidators and so this all should make things more transparent, right? .
