I think is save to say half of Elders profit falls from the sky and if there is no good rain for more than 2 years. Elders will have to start the debt train again to fund running costs.
If we are entering EL Nino pattens other parts of the world will be in EL Nina pattens. Most supples of soft commodities will come from those parts of the world.
