ProCapitalism is spot on (and check out his past comments - all substantive not fluff). The sweetner to me is multiple jurisdictions with equity & tax treaties across all (including Australia), with 3 core businesses + JV partners offers people with accountant skills like CR (and myself) huge legal scope for SH maximisation, spinoffs etc (check out NMT's track record - brilliant). The difference here is the market potential is way bigger than their past endeavours. I am in for all 3 entities (Critical when they IPO in the not to distant future). An excellent corporate strategy IMO.
