Hope QAN executive hold a post-mortem and try to understand why they will raise only $600 mio of the $800 mio they need.
The retail investor will, in all probability let his offer lapse.
The small (long term) punter, if he really wanted to buy his 1 for 8 allocation would be doing so now at around $4.05, rather than the $4.20 issue price.
