These 3 were refused. The first 2 are both early in their programs with the exploration wells from the 7/7/23 to 6/7/24. Not sure about the 3rd.
That said, 2 have reapplied and are currently at the JA again for another decision. (hopefully after PEP-11)
I did some research a while ago and from my distant memory i couldn't find any intel on them. Fairly sure a contributing factor was they were private companies that doesn't need to publicly disclose
Otherwise, approved across the board. 54 approved, 3 not approved
