Very interesting to ponder that if Octopus was separately listed, would it trade like an energy retailer or growth tech company valuations. I think the latter. This valuation is nice but IMO enormous upside if it ever lists.
A$1.1bn, 1.75bn SOI, approx 63 cps.
APLNG is worth approx $4.70 on 6x EV/EBITDA
So how much is energy markets and gas exploration business units worth, well about negative 0.80....
